15 Billion symbolising the 15 billion braincells we all have and the potential contained therein .

Innovative training for practitioners working in the Young People's workforce across the London region and beyond. .

Everyone has at least 15 billion brain cells in the part of the brain we use when we think. Our role is to help young people & those that work with them to unlock the potential that lies in those 15 billion cells.

Since 2002 15billion (formerly LECP) has provided high quality training to a wide range of practitioners working with young people. We have a hard earned reputation for quality, innovation, flexibility, reliability and relevance.

Our trainers all have recent or on-going experience of practice of working with young people within their specialist field, and are committed to the ethos of the ‘young person centered practice’
